All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds Policy

All sales at Iron Bear Collectibles are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds or store credit, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided below.

This policy applies to purchases made in-store, online, at conventions, through social media, and during live sales, subject to any mandatory policies of the platform used to complete the purchase.

Review Before Purchasing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, photographs, disclosed condition, price, and order details before completing a purchase. Please ask any questions before buying.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, duplicate orders, finding a lower price elsewhere, changes in collecting preferences, or changes in an item’s market value.

Collectible Condition and Packaging

Collectibles may have manufacturer variations or minor packaging imperfections. Unless expressly stated in the listing, we do not guarantee mint packaging, a particular grading result, or future resale value.

Minor imperfections that are disclosed before purchase or consistent with the advertised condition do not qualify for a return or refund. This provision does not excuse undisclosed material damage or an item that materially differs from its description.

Trading Cards and Mystery Products

All sales of trading cards, sealed packs, booster boxes, blind boxes, mystery products, and similar items are final. We do not guarantee specific cards, characters, chase items, pull rates, grades, or contents beyond what is expressly advertised.

Dissatisfaction with randomly selected contents is not grounds for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Preorders

Preorders are commitments to purchase and cannot be canceled at the customer’s request, except where required by law. Payment requirements and estimated shipping dates will be stated in the listing.

Estimated dates may change. If shipment is delayed, we will provide any legally required notice and cancellation or refund options. If Iron Bear Collectibles or its supplier cancels an item and we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item, including applicable taxes and associated unfulfilled shipping charges, to the original payment method.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged in transit, or an item with a material defect, contact us promptly through the contact information provided on your receipt or order confirmation. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available. Retain the item and packaging for review.

We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, or refund. Do not send merchandise back without return instructions. We will provide prepaid return shipping when a return is required because of our error or a covered damage or defect.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise. Mandatory marketplace rules apply to purchases made through those platforms.
